We are looking for new graduate students for the "Quantum Engineering and Devices Group" at the Faculty of Engineering of Bar Ilan University

The research is multidisciplinary and deals with the quantum engineering of novel semiconductor optoelectronic devices.

For example: the study of electron transport in quantum cascade lasers.

There are a number of projects available on different aspects of the research. Some of the projects are of a computational nature and some of them have an experimental character. The project will be adapted to the candidate's qualifications.

The research is suitable for holders of bachelor's and master's degrees in electrical/computer engineering, physics, materials engineering and chemistry.
