High-Pressure Freezing, EM ICE

עברית

High-Pressure Freezing is a method of specimen preparation for electron microscopy that preserves the sample in its native state. This technique allows freezing without cryoprotection and is effective for samples up to 0.5 mm in thickness, minimizing ice crystal damage.
