Ultra High resolution 3D printing of Layer-by-Layer based on Two-Photon Polymerization (2PP)
3 different printing mode of software can be used:
- DeScribeX - 3D printing structures
GrayScribeX- Two-Photon Grayscale Lithography (2GL®) with voxel tuning capability based on
topography structures.
- nanoPrintX - High-resolution 3D printing structures combine Grayscale and alignment modes of one printing field.
Specifications:
• Surface roughness (Ra) down to ≤ 5 nm
• Feature size control down to ≤ 100 nm
• Shape Accuracy down to ≤ 200 nm (depended on the kind of the resin):
- for IPS - 200nm
- for IPX-S - 50 nm (High resolution)
- for IP-dip – 100 nm
• Print field diameter : for 25X aperture – 1,000 µm
for 63X aperture – 400 µm
• Maximum print area 50×50 mm2
- Positioning volume 50 x 50 x 20 mm3
- Substrates:
