Description:

Bina Clean-Rooms facility consists of 152 m^2 of class 1000 and class 100 controlled environment. The cleanroom housing tools for device fabrication, including class 100 yellow room for lithography, class 1000 for etch and deposition and class 1000 for BIO lab on a chip environment. BINA clean rooms support researchers in applications ranging from all disciplines wishing to explore uses of micro- and nano- fabrication.
