ISF “Mavri” grant Dr. Moran Yadid

We are thrilled to share an outstanding achievement by our researcher, Dr. Moran Yadid from the Azrieli Faculty of Medicine Bar-Ilan University, who has been awarded the prestigious ISF “Mavri” Program research grant!
Dr. Yadid, together with Prof. Eldad Tzahor from the Weizmann Institute of Science, received a 2.7 million NIS grant for their groundbreaking study:
Characterizing the heart’s defense and regeneration mechanisms following injury.
The ISF “Mavri” Program aims to support innovative biomedical research, strengthen collaborations between scientists across institutions, and promote discoveries with the potential to shape the future of medicine. Its mission is to deepen our understanding of human biology and the mechanisms of health and disease, paving the way for medical breakthroughs that can benefit us all.
